REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION

This Refund Policy describes the cancellation and return procedures as well as how we got you covered when you make a purchase from www.jdstoretech.com.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received the product; unfortunately, no cancellation will be accepted and we will not be able to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Downloadable software products are exempt from being returned and thus cannot be returned nor refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1. DVD or Pen Drive Box that has been opened.
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
3. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
- If the refund is done via PayPal, it will be credited to your account within a few hours once initiated.
- If the refund is done via Credit Card, please allow up to 7 days for your bank to process it, depending on your country of residence.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: JDStore Ltd, 103, Sir Virgil Naz Street, New Heritage Complex, Quatre Bornes, 72350, Mauritius. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning the product.
