SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION

This Shipping and Refund Policy describes the logistic process, the cancellation and returns procedures as well as how we got you covered when you make a purchase from www.jdstoretech.com.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

JDStore Tech offers three modes of delivery:
1. Digital Delivery
2. Express Courier Shipping
3. Registered Post Shipping

-  DIGITAL DELIVERY: The order is delivered by email within 24-48 hours once the order has been placed (on business days). The customer will be provided with the download link and the serial number via their email.

-  EXPRESS COURIER SHIPPING: The order is dispatched within 24-48 hours via DHL Express (on business days). The estimated time to delivery varies from 5 to 10 days depending on the destination country. A confirmation email is sent once the order has been dispatched with the shipping and tracking details.

-  REGISTERED POST SHIPPING: The order is dispatched within 3-7 business days. The estimated time to delivery varies between 2-4 weeks depending on the destination country. A confirmation email is sent once the order has been dispatched with the shipping and tracking details.

For both Express Courier and Registered Post Shipping, you can track the progress of your order anytime by clicking on the link provided in the email or by clicking on the "Track Your Order" page on our website.

LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

-  For PC Accessories; as the products are dispatched from different warehouses, you may receive the delivery in several separate consignments. 
-  We reserve the discretion as to the carrier to be used. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional shipping charges (if applicable).
-  Should you require a specific carrier, please contact us just before placing the order.
-  We are not responsible for any local charges or taxes that may arise in your country.
-  We are not responsible for errors made by the post. However, if you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please contact our Customer Support Team, we will be happy to assist you.

      CANCELLATION & RETURNS

      Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received the product; unfortunately, no cancellation will be accepted and we will not be able to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
      1. DVD or Pen Drive Box that has been opened.
      2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
      3. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

      Downloadable software products are exempt from being returned and thus cannot be returned nor refunded.

      REFUNDS

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
      -  If the refund is done via PayPal, it will be credited to your account within a few hours once initiated.
      -  If the refund is done via Credit Card, please allow up to 7 days for your bank to process it, depending on your country of residence.

      EXCHANGES

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jdstoretech.com. To return your product, you should mail your product to: JDStore Group Investments Ltd, 103, Sir Virgil Naz Street, New Heritage Complex, Quatre Bornes, 72350, Mauritius.  The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning the product.
