SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
INTRODUCTION
This Shipping and Return Policy describes the logistic process, the cancellation and return procedures, as well as how you are covered when you purchase from www.jdstoretech.com.
1. SHIPPING & TRACKING
JDStore Tech offers three delivery options:
1. Digital Delivery
2. Express Courier Shipping
3. Registered Post Shipping
-  DIGITAL DELIVERY: The order is delivered by email within 24-72 hours once the order has been placed. However, depending on the brand, it can take up to 7 business days for corporate versions. You will be provided with the required information by email.
- Â EXPRESS COURIER SHIPPING: The order is dispatched via express courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx). The order is dispatched within 2-5 business days. The estimated time to delivery varies from 5 to 15 days depending on the destination country. A confirmation email is sent once the order has been dispatched with the tracking details.
- Â REGISTERED POST SHIPPING: The order is dispatched within 3-7 business days. The estimated time to delivery varies between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the destination country. Due to the logistical constraints, the delivery time may be delayed up to 8 weeks in certain rare cases. An email is sent once the order has been dispatched with the tracking details.
For Express Courier and Registered Post Shipping, you can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email or by using the "Track Your Order" option on the website.
2. LOGISTICS & DELIVERY
a. For Accessories and Smart Tech, as the products are dispatched from different warehouses, you may receive the delivery in several separate consignments.
b. We are not responsible for any local charges, customs duties, or taxes that may arise in your country.
c. We are not responsible for errors or delays made by the post. However, if you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please contact our Customer Support Team.
d. To ensure a quick and efficient resolution, once the package has reached your country, you must liaise directly with the local post, courier, or authority for any issues.
e. Ensure that your product is legally acceptable in your country and that you have all the required documentation. We are not responsible if the local authorities restrict its release.
f.  We reserve the discretion as to the carrier to be used. Your preferred carrier may be used if you cover any additional shipping charges. Please contact us before ordering.
g. Requests to modify or cancel an order will only be accepted if made within 12 hours of placing the order.
3. CANCELLATION
a. Our policy lasts for 35 days. If 35 days have passed since your order was dispatched, no cancellation, return, or refund request will be accepted.
b. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
c. Any product that has been used, dirtied, washed, opened for technical manipulation, or damaged cannot be accepted for cancellation or refund.
d. Any product or package that has been custom-made (whether partially or fully), customized, or modified to fit the clientâs needs cannot be accepted for cancellation or refund.
e. Requests received concerning a wrong decision made due to size, color, design, quantity, description interpretation, and style will not be accepted for cancellation or refund.
f.  No cancellation request will be accepted if you refuse to pay the local charges, customs duties, or taxes that arise in your country.
g. We only replace or refund products that are defective or damaged on arrival.
h. Due to the nature of the product, software cannot be returned or refunded.
4. RETURNS
a. If you need to return or exchange your product, send us an email at support@jdstoretech.com. We will advise you of the relevant warehouse address to return your order.Â
b. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning the product to us.
c. Â If there is a request to return the product to the customer thereafter, the customer will bear additional shipping costs.
d. A restocking fee of 5% is applicable if the package is returned by the post due to the inability to deliver the package due to the clientâs fault.
5. REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours. A refund fee of up to 10% may be applicable in certain situations.
-Â If the refund is done via PayPal or mobile payments, it will be credited to your account within a few hours once initiated.
-Â If the refund is done via credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, or wire transfer, please allow up to 7 days for your bank to process it.
6. FRAUD PREVENTION
a. To protect our customers and maintain fairness, we enforce strict rules against fraudulent activity.
b. If a customer submits a false chargeback or cancellation claim (such as claiming non-delivery or misrepresentation after properly receiving the order), we reserve the right to cancel the order without issuing a refund.
c. Where an order pertains to software, any license granted shall be terminated within 30 days of a fraudulent claim. No refund shall be issued, and the customer shall remain responsible for all costs incurred in addressing the matter and protecting our interests.
d. Depending on the severity of the case, we may also pursue additional legal action.
e. Customers found engaging in fraud will be permanently blacklisted from our store, and any future orders will be automatically cancelled.
7. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
-Â Â For Software, all technical support is the responsibility of the software provider. Our team will assist you with non-technical issues only.
