Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

INTRODUCTION

This policy outlines the shipping methods, cancellation and return procedures, fraud prevention commitment, and the protections available when purchasing from www.jdstoretech.com.

1.  SHIPPING & TRACKING

-  DIGITAL DELIVERY: Orders are delivered via email within 24-72 hours of purchase. For corporate versions, delivery may take up to 7 business days, depending on the brand. All required information will be sent by email.

-  EXPRESS COURIER SHIPPING: Orders are dispatched via express courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx). The order is dispatched within 2-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-15 days, depending on the destination. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once dispatched.

-  REGISTERED POST SHIPPING: Orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days. Delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks, though in rare cases it may extend up to 8 weeks due to logistical constraints. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once dispatched.

For courier and registered post shipments, tracking is available via the link provided in your email or through the “Track Your Order” option on our website.

2.  LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

a.  Accessories and Smart Tech products may arrive in separate consignments as they may ship from different warehouses.
b.  Customers are responsible for any local charges, customs duties, or taxes.
c.  JDStore Tech is not liable for postal errors or delays. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, please contact Customer Support.
d.  Once the package reaches your country, to ensure faster and efficient resolution, you must liaise directly with local postal or courier authorities.
e.  Ensure your product is legally permitted in your country and that you hold the necessary documentation. JDStore Tech is not responsible if local authorities restrict the release.
f.   Carrier selection is at our discretion. Preferred carriers may be used if you agree to cover additional costs. Please contact us before ordering.
g.  Order modifications or cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of order placement.

3.  CANCELLATION

a.  Our cancellation and return policy is valid for 35 days from dispatch. After this period, requests cannot be accepted.
b.  To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
c.  Used, dirtied, washed, damaged, or technically manipulated products are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
d.  Any product or package that has been custom-made (whether partially or fully), customized, or modified to fit the client’s needs, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
e.  Requests concerning a wrong decision made due to size, color, design, quantity, description interpretation, and style will not be accepted for cancellation or refund.
f.   Cancellation is not permitted if you refuse to pay local charges, customs duties, or taxes.
g.  Only defective or damaged products on arrival are eligible for replacement or refund.
h.  Software orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

4.  RETURNS

a.  To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@jdstoretech.com. We will provide the correct warehouse address.
b.  Customers must pay the return shipping costs.
c.  If the product must be shipped back to you, additional costs apply.
d.  A 5% restocking fee applies if a package is returned due to delivery failure caused by the customer.

5.  REFUND

a.  Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.
b.  Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours. A refund fee of up to 10% may apply.
c.  Refund timelines:
     -  PayPal or mobile payments: credited within hours of initiation.     
     -  Credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, or wire transfer: allow up to 7 days for bank processing.

6.  FRAUD PREVENTION

a.  JDStore Tech enforces strict measures against fraudulent activity.
b.  False chargebacks or cancellation claims (e.g. claiming non-delivery or misrepresentation after proper receipt of the order) will result in order cancellation without refund.
c.  For software orders, fraudulent claims will terminate the license within 30 days. No refund will be issued, and any cost incurred in addressing the matter will be paid by the customer.
d.  Depending on the severity of the case, additional legal action may arise.
e.  Customers found engaging in fraud will be permanently blacklisted, and future orders will be automatically cancelled.

7.  CUSTOMER SUPPORT

a.  Technical software support is provided directly by the software vendor. JDStore Tech assists only with non-technical issues and will redirect you to the appropriate channel for technical help.
b.  Our support team is available from Monday to Saturday (24/6).
